While communication is a key factor in every aspect of the employee life cycle, this module focuses primarily on communication challenges that can arise when orienting, onboarding and developing new talent.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand cross-cultural communication challenges which come up in a diverse workplace
  • Understand your style of communication and its impact on intercultural relationships
  • Generate strategies to enhance both one-on-one and team communication in your organization

Length: About 30 minutes.
